Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Unit Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our staff who prepare and portion food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customer complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Work Environment

Our fast-paced kitchen environment requires a team player who can work well under pressure. You will be standing for extended periods and working in a noisy and hot environment.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
