At SKYMOON FOODS, we are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team in a retail or wholesale environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in meat processing and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and prepare meats for processing or cutting
- Cut and trim carcasses, sides, and quarters to meet customer specifications
- Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers
- Wrap and package prepared meats for sale
- Remove bones from meat and grind as needed
- Prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products
- Shape, lace, and tie roasts and other meats for presentation
We offer a permanent position with a 30-hour workweek and the opportunity to work in a dynamic retail or wholesale environment.
