Job Overview

This Senior Cloud Software Architect role offers a unique opportunity to spearhead the development of cutting-edge technology solutions. As a key member of our Merlin group, you will collaborate with a talented team to design, implement, and maintain high-availability software systems at scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with technical leads and product teams to create elegant solutions to complex problems
  • Contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable software solutions
  • Mentor junior engineers on the team
  • Participate in daily standups, code reviews, demos, and other collaborations
  • Document processes and procedures to ensure continuity
  • Develop information security strategies
  • Ongoing duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience writing software using the .NET Framework and C#
  • 2+ years of experience with a major UX framework (React preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience implementing design patterns and knowledge of when to apply them
  • Experience with unit testing (NUnit, etc.)
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences
  • Familiarity with modern web application development practices and microservices architectures
Bonus Points
  • Experience working with RabbitMQ or other Queue/Message Brokers
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and other DevOps tools
  • Domain knowledge in RVs, Motorcycles, ATVs, and/or Trucks
