What We're Looking For
  • Customer & Partnership Focused Mindset: You'll work closely with customers from world-leading publishers to advertisers and agencies, helping them grow their revenue and build a successful digital ads marketplace.
  • Product Sense: You'll have solid product intuition, taking great ideas from conception to market launch and driving business impact.
  • Collaborative Leadership: You'll lead cross-functional teams, including Engineering, UX, Marketing, and Sales and Services, to deliver high-quality products and features.
  • Technical Curiosity: You'll thrive on figuring out complex systems and marketplaces, identifying opportunities to simplify and improve them, and working with Engineering to make it a reality.
  • Data-Centric Mindset: You'll make significant decisions based on real data, using it to convince others that you're right.
Responsibilities
  • Work with commercial teams and customers to understand their needs and decide which ones to address.
  • Create product roadmaps to set internal and external expectations about the products we'll bring to market.
  • Use your best judgment to make the right decisions, even when the data is imperfect.
  • Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Exchange Quality, Customer Service, and other technology teams to deliver high-quality products and features.
  • Coordinate across numerous commercial and go-to-market stakeholders to ensure products are launched correctly.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of Product Management experience in ad tech or onboarding/auditing for transaction-based platforms.
  • Strong technical, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Flexibility for occasional travel.
