DHILLON13 CONSTRUCTION LTD. is seeking a skilled Woodworking Specialist to join our team. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for preparing layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools. You will also measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials. Additionally, you will build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems. You will fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware. You will maintain, repair and renovate residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants and other establishments. The ideal candidate will have a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the field. The work setting will be in Construction, Various locations, Renovation, and Residential. The tasks will be physically demanding and require overtime. The work term will be Permanent and the work language will be English. The hours will be 40 hours per week.
