Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Mindanao General Contracting Services Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in various aspects of construction projects, including loading and unloading materials, mixing and pouring concrete, and assisting in framing houses and erecting walls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and in dusty environments
  • Ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs)
  • Steel-toed safety boots required
Work Environment

Our construction sites are fast-paced and physically demanding, with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. You must be a team player with efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and reliability.
