Job Title: Itinerant Support Service Worker

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to fill the role of Itinerant Support Service Worker. In this position, you will work with clients to assess their needs, develop personalized support plans, and provide ongoing support and guidance. Your expertise will help clients to build skills, gain confidence, and improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess client needs and develop personalized support plans
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients
  • Work with clients to build skills and gain confidence
  • Collaborate with community partners to provide comprehensive support services
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
