We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Automotive Sales Representative. As a pivotal member of our sales department, you will play a key role in assisting customers in finding the perfect vehicle to meet their needs and budget while providing an outstanding buying experience.
This position offers a competitive commission-based pay plan with the potential to earn $100,000 per year or higher. To support your training period, we provide a guarantee of $1,500 bi-weekly to aid in your transition and help you build your clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting for new business by consistently networking, expanding your professional circle, collaborating with our call center, maintaining the lot, and utilizing social media and other marketing channels to increase your visibility.
- Selling vehicles by adhering to a structured sales process, staying up-to-date on new models and trims, building trust and rapport with customers, conducting demo drives, presenting payment options, and addressing common objections.
- Documenting by gathering customer information, updating leads and appointments in our CRM, scheduling follow-up interactions for each customer, and effectively communicating with all parties involved in the sale, including Sales Managers and Finance Managers.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
