Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and skilled snow plowing professional to join our team at Bradbosh Landscaping and Snow Removal Inc. As a key member of our plowing division, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining plow equipment such as trucks with v-plows and skid steers.

About the Role
  • Operate and maintain plow equipment in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Work independently and as part of a team to ensure efficient snow removal operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and client experiences
  • Ensure safety leadership and safe work practices at all times
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License is required; preference will be given to candidates who can provide a copy of their driver's abstract
  • Working knowledge of common hand and power tools relative to landscape maintenance and snow removal
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain simple records and make verbal reports
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience operating truck with plow or skid steer to clear lots
  • Ability to load, unload, and tie down skid steer on a flat deck trailer
  • Experience driving truck with trailer and operating in a safe manner
