About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team at Rattana. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to maintain the upkeep of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Industrial Equipment: Safely operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and other refuse, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
  • Waste Management: Empty trash cans and other waste containers, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Repairs and Maintenance: Perform minor repairs and adjustments to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs.
  • Contractor Coordination: Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues.
  • Appliance Maintenance: Perform minor repairs on appliances, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Routine Maintenance: Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair, maintaining the overall appearance of our facilities.
  • Work Environment: Work with minimal supervision, demonstrating independence and self-motivation.
