Operations Manager Job Description

MindRight Counselling & Consulting Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to lead our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing organizational policies and programs, allocating resources, and coordinating the work of regions, divisions, or departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Establish objectives for the organization, formulate or approve policies and programs, and represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Team Management: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate authority, and create optimum working conditions.
  • Supervision: Supervise 1 to 2 people.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Work Conditions: Tight deadlines, attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Organized, team player.

This is a permanent position with 35 hours per week. The language of work is English.
