Job Title: Engineering Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Engineering Clerk to join our team at Enova Power Corp. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Engineering, Stations and Metering Department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with inquiries and process service requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Create and distribute service orders to designers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide guidance, coordination, and troubleshooting support for service requests, ensuring all parties and departments are involved.
  • Update and maintain connection-related aspects of the customer information system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Prepare and process Residential Development Agreements, ensuring stakeholders are aware of Enova requirements.
  • Collect and update monthly data, ensuring Ontario Energy Board reporting requirements are met.
  • Process vendor invoices for each department, ensuring timely payment and accuracy.
  • Provide administrative support to the Engineering, Stations and Metering departments, ensuring seamless operations.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in Business or a related discipline.
  • Basic knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety requirements.
  • Knowledge of Easement Process and Land Rights is considered an asset.
  • Minimum 2 years' related experience, with a strong preference for candidates with customer-facing and internal coordination experience.
