At Airudi, we're revolutionizing the work landscape by harnessing AI for organizations. As a Senior ML Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying MLOps systems to drive productization of innovative, human-centric AI solutions.

About the Role

You'll lead the implementation of new technologies, contribute to defining roadmaps that amplify the team's impact, and guide the establishment of engineering best practices.

  • Create/maintain CI/CD pipelines for machine learning systems and automated tests suites, including data processing workflows.
  • Take charge of implementing new technologies and defining a roadmap to expand the team's business reach.
  • Participate in code reviews for machine learning modules to ensure their quality and efficiency.
  • Mentor junior team members and establish machine learning engineering best practices as a technical role model.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, product managers, and research partners to understand company needs and develop tailored solutions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in ML engineering.
  • Proficiency in French and English for seamless communication with clients worldwide.
  • Proficiency in Python and expertise with popular data science and machine learning libraries such as Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, Pandas, FastAPI, etc.
  • Experience with modern data platforms and tools like Spark, Databricks, MLflow, Prefect, Airflow, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
  • Cloud infrastructure expertise, including Azure, GCP, AWS, and scalable ML model deployment using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Version control proficiency (preferably Git).
  • Ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
