Job Description
As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will be part of our dynamic pharmacy team that focuses on delivering exceptional patient care. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Prescription assembly – data entry
* Processing customer transactions (receiving and releasing prescriptions)
* Receiving in-person and telephone refill requests and recording deliveries
* Promoting PROfile programs
* Compounding
* Pill Pack Assembly
* Filing prescriptions, ordering and replenishing supplies, cleaning
* Creating and receiving drug orders
* Scheduling professional clinical services (e.g., medication reviews, health risk assessments, disease state management)
* Managing BTCs
* Performing administrative duties: cycle counts, narcotic counts, return to stocks, TMLs, manual third parties

What You Need to Succeed
We are looking for candidates with a strong passion for delivering exceptional patient care. To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Pharmacy Assistant (required)
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Compensation and Benefits
This full-time position offers a competitive total compensation package, which includes a salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including dental care, employee assistance program, extended health care, life insurance, and on-site parking.
