Job Description:

The Financial Services Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the Finance department by providing accurate and timely financial record-keeping, data entry, payment processing, and account reconciliation. This position requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial records, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports
  • Enter financial data accurately and efficiently into accounting systems
  • Process payments to vendors, suppliers, and other entities in a timely manner
  • Reconcile accounts to ensure financial records align with bank statements
  • Assist with budgeting by collecting and analyzing financial data
  • Generate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Provide general administrative support, including organizing files and responding to inquiries
  • Adhere to established financial procedures and guidelines to maintain accuracy and compliance
  • Collaborate with various departments to support financial operations
  • Participate in audits by preparing necessary documents and providing assistance during the audit process

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in financial software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
