We are seeking a reliable and caring Child Caregiver to join our team at JATINDERJIT SINGH. As a Child Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to infants and children in a family setting.
Responsibilities:- Assume full responsibility for household duties in the absence of parents
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment
- Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being
- Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, promoting their growth and development
- Organize activities such as games and outings for children, encouraging their cognitive and social development
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering dietary needs and restrictions
- Prepare infants and children for rest periods, ensuring a smooth transition to sleep
- Supervise and care for children, providing a safe and nurturing environment
- Take children to and from school and to appointments, ensuring timely and safe transportation
- Help children with homework, promoting their academic development
- Cook and prepare meals for the family, considering dietary needs and restrictions
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in childcare or a related field
- Flexibility, reliability, patience, and honesty are essential qualities for this role
- Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and perform physical tasks as required
- Non-smoking environment
- Permanent position with 32 hours per week
- Language of work: English
