Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of social media content to engage prospects and increase leads through web, blogs, infographics, and social media.
  • Develop and implement personalized email journeys that nurture leads and engage investors at various stages of the journey.
  • Analyze market data, investor feedback, and behavioral trends to create detailed customer personas and guide segmentation and personalization in email marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email content and messaging with personas, ensuring relevance and resonance across all touchpoints.
  • Ensure social media content is consistent and cohesive among all the Group of Companies that is in alignment with Skyline's strategies.
  • Construct social media calendars to outline upcoming posts by dates and times of future postings on social media platforms.
  • Analyze metrics to identify trends and effectiveness of campaigns.
Requirements:
  • College Diploma or University Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, Public Relations/Media Relations, or related field.
  • Minimum three (5) years experience in a social media, content marketing, and/or communications role AND three (5) years social leadership experience OR any equivalent combination of education and experience determined to be acceptable.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Automated Email Marketing and Drip campaigns.
  • Advanced social media experience with various platforms for driving campaigns.
