Job Description

We are seeking a Certified Financial Planner professional to join our team as an Investment Relationship Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing networks to grow our client base, raising awareness of our company and services within the education community, and working closely with our lending team within the assigned territory.

\

This role requires a strong sales professional who can respond to changing market conditions and adjust sales activities to maintain a consistent sales pipeline and achieve sales targets. You will also be expected to have a genuine desire to improve the financial outcomes of your clients and have experience successfully advising on product offerings including investments, retirement planning, cash flow management, tax planning, and estate planning.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Current CFP (Certified Financial Planner) designation holder, approved to be registered with a CIRO firm in the province of Ontario\
  • 7-10 years of financial services experience, including direct investment sales experience\
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering financial plans to clients\
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage in long-term relationships\
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills\
  • Advanced computer literacy and numerical aptitude\
