Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate dental hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for building strong relationships with patients and contributing to the success of our dental clinic.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, plan, and implement patient care services appropriately
  • Perform all preventive clinical hygiene services for patients, including scaling, polishing, fluoride application, pit and fissure sealant placement, and teeth whitening
  • Act as a health educator, introducing new prevention and counseling techniques
  • Provide a consistent patient experience during dental hygiene visits
  • Establish strong relationships with patients while maintaining a professional and ethical demeanor
  • Foster patient loyalty by offering personalized experiences that meet their expectations
  • Demonstrate active listening and empathy towards patients using effective communication techniques
Requirements
  • Hold a dental hygiene diploma
  • Be registered and/or have a valid permit from the OHDQ
  • Hold a valid RCR certification
  • Dentitek knowledge (an asset)
