**Clinical Practice Portfolio**

These priorities include designing clinical workflows that leverage EHR functionality, forms and data, and enable interprofessional and patient-centric models of care to optimize clinical outcomes, quality, risk, and compliance.

**Job Summary**
The Senior Clinical Business Analyst will support activities within this workstream to drive the design of clinical workflows that meet healthcare standards and regulatory requirements. This role requires expertise in EHR systems, clinical workflow understanding, and project management proficiency to lead projects that enhance system functionality and support HR and Payroll operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with clinical leaders to map workflows, ensuring seamless EHR integration with existing processes and health information systems.
- Work with key stakeholders to ensure the EHR provides a comprehensive view of patient information, supporting efficient and connected clinical care.
- Support the design of clinical documentation within the EHR to make it clear, accessible, and relevant to clinical needs.

**Requirements/Qualifications**
- Degree in Business / Clinical Informatics / Health Sciences with supplemental business education is preferred (equivalent experience will be considered).
- Strong facilitation skills to elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, task, and workflow analysis.
- Excellent communication, business analysis, problem-solving, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- A strong teamwork orientation and the ability to work with cross-functional teams and all management levels is required.
- Regulatory Compliance Awareness: Well-versed in healthcare regulations, ensuring patient privacy is upheld and clinical documentation remains compliant.
