We are seeking a skilled masonry technician to join our team at Building Restoration Services Plus Inc.
About the RoleThis is a permanent position requiring 44 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for loading, unloading and transporting construction materials, erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring and barricades. They will also mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt, level earth to fine grade specifications, clean and pile salvaged materials, perform routine maintenance work and remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 3-5 years of experience in the field
- Fall Arrest Protection Training Course certification
- Experience with equipment such as reciprocating saws, circular saws, concrete saws, mortar and concrete mixers, grinding machines, grouting machines, jackhammers and drills
- Ability to handle heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. This figure may vary depending on individual qualifications and experience.
