Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Support Worker to join our team at Western Human Resource Corp. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to clients in a group home setting, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare reports and case histories to document client progress and needs
  • Assess client eligibility for specific services and develop intervention logic models
  • Implement life skills workshops and behaviour management programs to support client development
  • Supervise activities of clients and maintain program statistics for evaluation and research purposes
  • Liaise with other social services agencies and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive support
Requirements
  • Behaviour management Certification
  • Food allergy and anaphylaxis training
  • Intensive behavioural intervention Certification
  • Non-violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) Certificate
  • Medication Administration Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • CPR Certificate
