At Butlers Compound, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cashier Associate to join our retail sales team. As a Cashier Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have strong communication skills. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure that customers receive prompt and courteous service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a cash register to process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and checkout area
  • Process returns and exchanges efficiently and accurately
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in retail sales or a related field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
