• This full-time position involves preparing a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and desserts, while maintaining exceptional standards of quality and presentation.

• Develop and execute recipes, ensuring consistency and excellence in taste and appearance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment, adhering to food safety regulations and best practices.
• Train and supervise junior staff members, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and improve existing ones.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a pastry chef or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced commercial kitchen environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in baking techniques, pastry arts, and food presentation.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach.

• $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.
