Childcare Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Childcare Specialist at 9335-8083 Quebec Inc. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to children and families in our community.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality childcare services to infants, children, and youth, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks to meet the dietary needs of children.
- Supervise and engage children in activities that promote their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Support children with special needs and provide additional care and attention as required.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each child.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress, including daily reports and incident reports.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in childcare or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- First aid and CPR certification.
