Job Title: Bartender

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Lee's Overseas Delights. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain the bar area, including glassware and draft beer systems.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including mixed drinks, wine, and beer.
  • Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons.
  • Record and balance beverage sales, and maintain inventory and control of bar stock.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment is an asset.
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Availability to work 30 to 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

Our bar is a fast-paced environment where you will be working with a team to provide exceptional customer service. You will be required to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a physically demanding environment.
