Accounting Clerk Job Description

Station Innu Enr. is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing journal entries, reviewing financial transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including journal entries and reconciliations
  • Monitor and analyze financial transactions, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or errors
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure seamless financial operations
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field
  • Proficiency in Acomba software
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Work Environment:

The Accounting Clerk will work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with opportunities for growth and development. The successful candidate will be required to work 35 hours per week, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding customer expectations.
