Job Overview:
We are seeking highly-motivated junior and experienced technology lawyers to join our roster. The ideal candidate will have experience drafting and negotiating technology-related contracts, including SaaS, software licensing, and cloud computing.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate technology-related contracts
- Provide legal support to clients in the technology industry
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in law from an accredited institution
- 3+ years of experience in technology law
- Experience with internet, social media, and e-commerce issues
- A solid understanding of general product, business development, and policy related to online consumer-facing platforms
- High level of professionalism and outstanding business judgment with strong academic and law firm credentials
