Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-Time Store Manager to join our team. As a 3rd Keyholder, you will play a key role in driving sales and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving retail store targets by driving sales and promoting products.
  • In the absence of other management, you may be responsible for opening and closing the store, ensuring it trades safely and legally.
  • Deliver sales through friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring our customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Demonstrate Claire's products and assist customers with their queries using your product knowledge.
  • Assist with processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns, and promotions.
  • Perform ear piercing duties (you will receive full training).
  • Ensure the store looks presentable and inviting to our customers.

Requirements

  • Some high school education required.
  • Minimum 1 year retail experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Understanding of the importance of customer service.
  • Sound understanding of mathematics and strong reading comprehension skills.
  • Ability to stand during scheduled shifts.
  • Ability to maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
  • Bending, stooping, extended reaching, climbing ladders and step stools while placing merchandise throughout the store and assisting customers.
  • Ability to operate a POS system.
