Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Master Smoke Shop.
Job Summary:The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our vape shop, ensuring that all sales and customer service standards are met. This includes supervising staff, assigning duties, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Authorize payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels
- Establish and maintain work schedules and ensure compliance with company policies
- Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Organize and maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Supervise office and volunteer staff
- 1-2 years of retail management experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent required
This is a full-time position, working 30-40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Language:English is the primary language of communication in this role.
