Job Title: Senior Security Analyst

Description:

Belcan Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Senior Security Analyst to support the Safety and Security Organization in a complex Rail Transit project. The successful candidate will work closely with the Chief Safety and Security Officer to create and update documents, manage customer expectations, and ensure the implementation of security requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Safety and Security Organization in the security certification process for design, construction, and deliverables.
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative risk assessments to identify potential security deficiencies and corrective actions.
  • Interface with internal stakeholders to collect information, assess risk analysis, and create checklists to ensure all controls are properly implemented.
  • Attend technical discussions with customers to review document submittals and provide technical expertise.
  • Manage Verification and Validation of implementation evidence to support the certification process.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in Rail Transit projects, with at least 3 years in a similar role.
  • Local experience is considered an asset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Security, Engineering, or Technical/Physical Science.
  • Familiarity with FTA Safety and Security Certification process.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, leadership, independence, and ability to manage priorities.

Desired Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Proficiency in DOORS.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong, self-motivated work ethic.
