Food Service Supervisor

El Toro Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food meets quality control standards.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for menu planning and inventory management.
- Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package.
- Fluency in English and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- 35 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
