Tour Ambassador

Arctic Tours Canada is seeking a highly skilled Tour Guide to join our team. As a Tour Guide, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while showcasing the beauty of Canada's Arctic regions.

This is a seasonal position that requires a valid driver's license and a willingness to travel. You will work in various locations, including urban areas and remote locations, and may be required to spend extended periods outdoors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and be able to work well under pressure.

• Deliver engaging commentaries and provide information to visitors about points of interest
• Drive sightseeing or tour vehicles to ensure safe transportation
• Confirm transportation and accommodation reservations to ensure smooth logistics
• Coordinate recreation activities and ensure that clients have an enjoyable experience

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A Local Tour Guide Certification
• Excellent oral communication skills to deliver clear and concise information
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and colleagues
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel

As a Tour Guide with Arctic Tours Canada, you can expect:
