Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that incoming mechanical parts and PCBAs meet top-tier standards.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in quality inspection, preferably in a manufacturing environment, and possess excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
* Perform visual and dimensional inspections of incoming mechanical parts using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gages.
* Inspect PCBAs according to IPC-A-610 standards, identifying and documenting any defects or non-conformities.
* Maintain accurate records of inspections and findings, generating inspection reports and communicating results to relevant stakeholders.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, supply chain, and production, to resolve outstanding priorities and participate in quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a related field preferred.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in quality inspection, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
* Experience with inspecting metal parts and PCBAs highly desirable.
* Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards an asset.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
