About the Role

MRS. GU'S CHINESE SCHOOL LTD. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs; operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse.
  • Waste Management: Empty trash cans and other waste containers.
  • Facilities Support: Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment; water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens.
  • Sanitation and Hygiene: Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures.
  • Winter Maintenance: Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
