At Paradigm Building Solutions Ltd., we are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team. As a Construction Labourer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites. Your primary responsibilities will include loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials, as well as assisting skilled tradespersons and equipment operators. You will also be responsible for erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades. Additionally, you will assist in demolishing buildings, clean and pile salvaged materials, remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, and tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction. If you have a strong work ethic, are physically fit, and are able to work in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Load, unload, and transport construction materials
* Assist skilled tradespersons and equipment operators
* Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
* Assist in demolishing buildings
* Clean and pile salvaged materials
* Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
* Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction

**Requirements:**

* No degree, certificate, or diploma required
* Willingness to train
* Physical fitness
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

**Work Environment:**

* 40 hours per week
* English language
