Senior Executive Vice-President, Trade and Broadcasting Services

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Executive Vice-President to join our team at NEW PRINCE TIRES INC. in the Trade and Broadcasting Services department.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Trade and Broadcasting Services department, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring effective utilization and optimal results.
- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring seamless integration and efficient operations.
- Regional Coordination: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, fostering collaboration and driving business growth.
- Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, ensuring alignment with company vision and values.
- Team Management: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegating necessary authority and creating optimum working conditions.
- Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
- Work Environment: Work under pressure, maintaining attention to detail and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
- Personal Qualities: Demonstrate flexibility, organization, and a team player attitude, with a strong sense of initiative.
- Experience: Possess at least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in trade and broadcasting services.
- Language: Fluency in English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Work Schedule: Work a standard 35 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
