Senior Commis in Operational Centre List

The Senior Commis in Operational Centre List is responsible for exercising autonomous administrative functions in a complex environment. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of service or program processes and be able to adapt to changing methods as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Receive and respond to phone calls, inquiries, and messages, and forward them to the relevant personnel as needed.
- Manage incoming communications from employees, managers, and services regarding employee absences and schedule changes.
- Explain absence procedures to employees and ensure accurate documentation.
- Print and distribute necessary documents for operational centre functioning.
- Organize and transmit information to relevant personnel.
- Document and inform relevant services about employee absences, long-term illnesses, or other absences.
- Conciliate and input relevant information for payroll production.
- Correct employee time cards according to established procedures and obtain manager approval before filling out payroll correction forms.
- Compile information for the Production Time Sheet (PFT) system to respond to manager inquiries about employee attendance.
- Complete administrative tracking tables, including overtime and absences.
- Perform solo paramedic linking between operational centres.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
- High school diploma (DES).
- Minimum 2 years of office work experience.
- Excellent customer approach and service.
- Discrimination and priority management.
- Organization and attention to detail (multitasking).
- Autonomy and resourcefulness.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage stress.
- Good judgment and confidentiality.
- Fluency in French (oral and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Typing speed of 30 words per minute.
- Availability for 3 months after hiring (day, evening, and 1 weekend every 2 weeks).
- Call list.
- Contribution to the Government and Public Sector Employees Pension Plan (RREGOP).
- Life, health, and salary insurance.

- 20 vacation days after 1 year of service.

Salary: $22.07-$28.07/hour based on experience.
