Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel, and other relevant tools.
- Language: English.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication skills.
