We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Experience Designer to join our team at CB Canada.
As a Senior Digital Experience Designer, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to design exceptional digital self-serve features for our clients in the banking sector.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in visual design and a strong portfolio that showcases their expertise in Figma and Mural. They will also have experience working with design systems and Agile methodologies.
In this role, you will work closely with product owners and developers to understand business requirements and create user-centered designs that meet client needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences for online banking applications
- Collaborating with designers, product managers, and engineers to ensure seamless execution of designs
- Developing and maintaining design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency across platforms
- Conducting usability testing and gathering feedback to inform design decisions
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
This is a full-time position, with a minimum 12-month commitment. The assignment will be based in Toronto, ON, with the option to work hybridly.
