Job Summary

XUWEI CHEN seeks a reliable and caring family caregiver to provide exceptional childcare and household support in a non-smoking, scent-free environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the household in the absence of parents, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for the children.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and organized home.
  • Shop for food and household supplies to meet the family's needs.
  • Travel with the family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties.
  • Discipline children according to the parents' requested methods.
  • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development.
  • Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding the children.
  • Organize activities such as games and outings for the children.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals to ensure the children's well-being.
  • Supervise and care for the children at all times.
  • Transport the children to and from school and to appointments.
  • Assist the children with homework and educational tasks.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license to transport children safely.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in the absence of parents.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with the family and other caregivers.
  • Trustworthiness and reliability to manage sensitive information and responsibilities.
  • Physical ability to perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.

Benefits:
