- Team Leadership: Lead and support a team of inventory management specialists to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in finding products and resolving issues.
- Store Operations: Assist in maintaining a safe and organized store environment, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Training and Development: Participate in training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in inventory management, merchandising, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in inventory management software.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Our store is a public retail setting with a climate-controlled environment. Some stock rooms may not be climate controlled, and some outdoor work may be required. The Frame shop contains glass cutters and heat presses.
