Welder Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team at beBee Professionals in Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for performing welding tasks to fabricate and repair metal structures and components.

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication.
• Perform welding operations using various techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, arc) to meet quality standards.
• Inspect finished work to ensure compliance with specifications and industry regulations.
• Maintain welding equipment and tools in good condition to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure project completion and meet deadlines.

• Completion of a welding program or apprenticeship to demonstrate expertise.
• Certification in welding techniques (e.g., AWS, CWB) to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Previous experience as a welder in a manufacturing or construction setting to demonstrate proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control to ensure high-quality work.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with varying temperatures and conditions.
