We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at the Canadian Recruitment Group. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the construction and maintenance of buildings and structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements.
  • Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools.
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.
  • Fitting and installing windows, doors, stairs, moldings, and hardware.
  • Scheduling and coordinating work on sites.
  • Maintaining, repairing, and renovating residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants, and other establishments.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the trade.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Public transportation is available.
Work Environment

The work environment will be at heights, noisy, and dusty.
