Our client, a global leader in medical diagnostics, is seeking a skilled Technical Lead to join their software development team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing and developing software solutions that meet customer and business needs. With a strong background in Agile software development, you will ensure optimal technical execution and adherence to best practices. Your expertise in C#/.NET and experience with n-tier systems, reusable libraries, and development frameworks will be invaluable in this role. Additionally, you will mentor less senior team members and peer review product artifacts, demonstrating your leadership skills and commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop software solutions that meet customer and business needs
  • Ensure optimal technical execution and adherence to Agile software development best practices
  • Mentor less senior team members and peer review product artifacts
  • Evaluate and recommend the adoption of new software development technologies, tools, and practices

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or closely related field or equivalent work experience
  • 8+ years' experience in designing and developing applications using OOP/OOD with at least 5 years of experience in C#/.NET
  • Proven technical leadership skills and a team player, with strong collaboration skills
  • Deep understanding of Agile software development principles and best practices
  • Experience with design and implementation of n-tier systems, reusable libraries, and development frameworks for complex applications
  • Proven experience working in a cross-functional team of technical and non-technical personnel
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, test-driven development, domain-specific languages, and distributed data management
