Job Title: IT Director - Digital Transformation

Caltech Group is seeking an experienced IT Director to lead our digital transformation journey. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving our IT strategy and innovation, ensuring we remain at the forefront of technology and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Lead the adoption and implementation of new technologies that enhance business processes and customer engagement.
  • Oversee the management of our IT department, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to meet strategic goals.
  • Act as Caltech Group's Privacy Officer, ensuring data protection policies comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Develop and manage the IT department's budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to meet strategic goals.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or another related field.
  • 5 years of experience in IT strategy, digital transformation, and vendor management, ideally within professional services industries.
  • Proven track record of leading successful IT projects and initiatives, with a clear focus on delivering business value.
  • In-depth knowledge of systems, networks, servers, and Azure cloud solutions.
  • Knowledge of IT governance, including policies, standards, and compliance regulations.
  • Deep understanding of IT/OT integration and the specific challenges and opportunities within professional services industries.
  • Strong Microsoft 365 product understanding.
  • Experienced in database management with knowledge on database systems, data governance, and optimization techniques.
  • Familiar with programming languages, software development life cycles (SDLC), and application management.
  • Excellent time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects at one time and contribute to a high-performing team.
