PepsiCo Beverages Merchandiser Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Beverages Merchandiser to join our team. As a key member of our sales and merchandising team, you will be responsible for merchandising Pepsi products into store shelving, racks, coolers, and displays using manual or powered equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Merchandise Pepsi products into store shelving, racks, coolers, and displays
  • Support execution of store promotions by ensuring all shelves are filled and promotional materials are maximized
  • Work collaboratively with the Account Sales Representatives and Delivery teams to provide top-quality servicing of all Pepsi accounts
  • Maintain back-room stock in neat and orderly condition
  • Rotate out expired products to ensure freshness of Pepsi products

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, Professional Studies Diploma, or Equivalence
  • Valid Class G driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • Physical fitness (lifting large items up to 50 lbs. is part of the job)
  • Excellent time management skills
