Job Title: Wireline Operator

At Tier 1 Energy Solutions Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Wireline Operator to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Wireline Operator is responsible for the safe operation of the wireline truck at the service location, rigging up the wireline truck and crane (as applicable) at the service location, and assisting with all wireline operations both in the shop and in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain the assigned truck and equipment, as well as keep records for the overall operation.
  • Understand and adhere to all Tier 1 Energy Solutions Inc policies and procedures, as well as any client's policies and procedures.
  • Ability to promote safety awareness and work under the direction of the Field Supervisor safely, efficiently according to established standards, policies, and guidelines.
  • Rig up and rig down wireline equipment and pressure control equipment.
  • Assist the supervisor in the troubleshooting of tool, equipment, and truck problems.
  • Clean and maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
Requirements:
  • Valid Class 5 license.
  • Results from a pre-employment test must be deemed acceptable in accordance to Tier 1 Energy Solutions Inc policies.
  • 5 years drivers abstract must be in compliant with Tier 1 Energy Solutions Inc guidelines.
  • Results from a background check must be deemed acceptable in accordance to Tier 1 Energy Solutions Inc guidelines.
  • Ability to travel.
