Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and escort guests to rooms, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving property, ensuring a safe and secure environment.
  • Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities.
  • Identify and explain room features to guests, including the use of room key, mini-bar, ice and vending areas, in-room safe, and valet laundry services.
  • Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Assist with luggage storage and retrieval, providing a convenient and hassle-free experience for our guests.
  • Assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including assisting guests with loading/unloading luggage.
  • Supply guests with directions, ensuring they have the information they need to navigate our property and surrounding area.
  • Arrange transportation (e.g., taxi cab, shuttle bus, limousine/sedan service) for guests/visitors, and record advance transportation requests as needed.
  • Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors, ensuring they are aware of our parking policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No related work experience required.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • No license or certification required.
