Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at Downtown Auto Centre. This is a permanent position with an estimated salary of $45,000-$60,000 per year.

About the Role:

This role involves maintaining financial records and establishing, maintaining, and balancing various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for calculating and preparing cheques for payroll, fixed assets, and depreciation. They will also maintain general ledgers and financial statements, post journal entries, and prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in bookkeeping and payroll management
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently
